Message dated April 30 was read, stating the House passed and                  
returned for consideration SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27                      
am Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
relating to revisions of the state constitution and providing that a           
court may not change language of a proposed constitutional                     
amendment or revision, with the following amendments:                          
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                          
NO. 27(FIN) am H Proposing amendments to the                                   
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to                                
amendments to the state constitution and providing                             
that a court may not change language of a proposed                             
constitutional amendment or revision.

and is transmitted for consideration with a House Letter of Intent.            
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate               
adopt the House Letter of Intent (House Journal page 3682). Senator
